Linda tried her first case three
months after being admitted to the
New York State Bar in 1982. The case
ended successfully when her cross
examination demonstrated that the
other side committed perjury.
Early medical malpractice training
gave Linda a great understanding
of medicine that is so important
in working with all types of injury
cases.
Her knowledge and ability was recognized
by a 1983 appointment to sit as a
panelist on medical malpractice mediation
panels by the Presiding Judge of
the Appellate Division, First Department.
Since then, Linda Stark has been
actively engaged in trying difficult,
complicated, serious, construction,
labor law, premises and products
liability, medical malpractice, motor
vehicle and employment injury cases.
Her thorough preparation and readiness
for trial have produced winning results,
either through trial or settlement,
where her clients have often obtained
or saved millions of dollars. When
the stakes are high, clients count
on Linda to tackle the tough cases
and win. |
